Total Barre is a high-energy exercise class focusing on strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability using the principles of Pilates, dance, cardio, and strength training. The predominantly standing workouts are driven by music which has been proven to increase coordination, flexibility, muscle definition and improve posture and movement quality. It truly is a program geared for everyone—no dance experience required!
